Trainee - Attraction Operator
Trainee to Attraction Operator must attend training sessions to progress in their ranks. These sessions are hosted multiple times a day, providing LRs with ample chances to earn promotions.
Pool Supervisor - Board of Lifeguard
To increase the likelihood of receiving a promotion, Pool Supervisor - Board of Lifeguard should actively participate in shifts and strive to be recognized by a shift host. It is crucial to maintain professionalism, utilize proper grammar, and consistently demonstrate dedication. While Middle Ranks are not required to use grammar, it is necessary in-game if they wish to be considered for a promotion. Attending shifts and exhibiting exemplary behavior does not guarantee a promotion, as promotions are determined by a combination of factors. It is important to avoid hinting or complaining about not receiving a promotion, as this can result in disciplinary actions. Another pathway for a promotion is to be noticed by an SHR outside of a shift. Recommending other staff members to an SHR for a promotion is not permitted. SHRs can promote you at any point, but the cooldown will reset. Ownership can promote you at any point, but the cooldown will not reset.
Executive Intern - Park Administration
When considering promotions from Executive Intern to Park Administration, as well as promotions within the HR ranks, the HR team takes into account various factors.
To increase the chances of receiving a promotion, everyone should be active on all SplashBay games and its Discord server, consistently utilize proper grammar in-game, display professional behavior, and demonstrate dedication.

Keep in mind that these include only some requirements HRs must meet.
HRs must utilize proper grammar in all SplashBay games.
HRs must possess a certain number of characteristics, such as professionalism, maturity, and respect.
Having past moderation history will significantly decrease an individual's chances of a promotion to an HR rank. However, past moderation history will not restrict a player from earning an HR rank.
HRs wishing to receive a promotion should remain active in the SplashBay Discord server. Talking in channels and attending events does help.
HRs should work frequently at the park and attend training sessions. It is highly recommended to remain consistent with activity. For example, spend an hour at the park each day rather than seven hours one day and then a break for a week. Additionally, attend a reasonable number of training sessions. Be sure to work at a department when at the park.
Avoid sucking up to SHRs for a promotion. HRs may be rank locked from obtaining Executive Assistant if caught simping.
Hinting for a promotion will not benefit one in any way.
Upon encountering a disruptive visitor, deal with them calmly and professionally. Refer to the appropriate procedures for handling a disruptive visitor.
Greetings should be unique and original. Copying and pasting, adding emojis, and using moderate vocabulary is strongly recommended.
It is recommended to have current or past experience as an MR+ at a prominent establishment. However, current or past experience is not mandatory.
HRs wishing to receive a promotion should not idle once or until their cooldown has ended. HRs promotions require a great deal of patience and consistency.
Grammar in the Discord server does not play a role in promotions.

Some SplashBay ranks have cooldowns. A cooldown refers to a specific duration during which a player is ineligible to receive a promotion.

Working at the park while on cooldown will increase an individual's chances of a promotion.
SHR can only be promoted when a spot opens up in their department.
To become a MR, it will take you 4 hours; to come a HR it would take you 12 days, and to be a Lifeguard Director, it would take you 25 days.
Point Policy
SplashBay offers players with an opportunity to claim ranks through a points system. Players may earn points by completing certain tasks or purchasing them with Robux. Prior to earning or purchasing points, here are some things to keep in mind:
ᅠ‣ Lying about rank purchases or faking evidence of purchased points will result in a permanent ban.
ᅠ‣ Abusing rank privileges will result in consequences.
ᅠ‣ Claiming a rank through points will decrease a player’s chances of future promotions. The higher the rank purchased, the lower the chances of a promotion will be. SHRs encourage players to work their way up through hard work and dedication instead.
ᅠ‣ Players must abide by all rules and regulations, regardless of whether they purchased a rank or not. Those who fail to abide by all guidelines will be subject to the same moderation action as everyone else, including demotions, blacklists, and permanent bans.
ᅠ‣ Lying about rank purchases or faking evidence of purchased points will result in a permanent ban.

‣ Reclaiming ranks is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban, regardless of whether it is claimed with old or new points. However, players are permitted to reuse points to claim a rank they have not claimed previously.
ᅠ‣ HRs who have been reformed or have resigned may NOT reclaim any HR rank, regardless of whether it is with new or old points. Doing so will result in a permanent ban, regardless of whether the HR was aware or not. However, reformed and resigned HRs are permitted to reuse old points to claim a rank they have not claimed previously.
ᅠ‣ LRs and MRs who have been previously demoted ARE permitted to reuse points to claim a rank they have not claimed previously.
ᅠ‣ There is NOT a cooldown for players who choose to rank up by exclusively claiming ranks through the points system, however cooldowns do apply to players who have previously claimed a rank and are wanting to receive a promotion.
ᅠ‣ Formerly blacklisted/permanently banned players are NOT permitted to use the point system if their appeal has been accepted. Doing so will result in consequences, regardless of whether the player was aware or not.
ᅠ‣ Players who are blacklisted may NOT use the point system until their appeal is accepted. Doing so will result in a permanent ban.
ᅠ‣ If Executive Assistant and/or Store Executive go on sale, players may NOT claim those respective ranks. Doing so will result in consequences.
ᅠ‣ Players may NOT partake in any act of point cheating/grinding. Doing so will result in a demotion to Customer. Examples of point cheating/grinding include but are not limited to:
ᅠ‣ Assisting an alternate account in an attempt to farm points. Joining a small server in an attempt to grind tasks. Taking items off of a shelf and restocking them shortly after Completing tasks when simply unnecessary (ie: running around the park and waiting until a shelf is empty)
If a player is found violating any of the regulations above, inform an SHR through a ticket immediately. Note that attempting to find loopholes around any of the regulations above is prohibited and will result in severe consequences.
