Point Policy
SplashBay offers players with an opportunity to claim ranks through a points system. Players may earn points by completing certain tasks or purchasing them with Robux.Prior to earning or purchasing points, here are some things to keep in mind:
ᅠ‣ Lying about rank purchases or faking evidence of purchased points will result in a permanent ban.
ᅠ‣ Abusing rank privileges will result in consequences.
ᅠ‣ Claiming a rank through points will decrease a player’s chances of future promotions. The higher the rank purchased, the lower the chances of a promotion will be. SHRs encourage players to work their way up through hard work and dedication instead.
ᅠ‣ Players must abide by all rules and regulations, regardless of whether they purchased a rank or not. Those who fail to abide by all guidelines will be subject to the same moderation action as everyone else, including demotions, blacklists, and permanent bans.

‣ Reclaiming ranks is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban, regardless of whether it is claimed with old or new points. However, players are permitted to reuse points to claim a rank they have not claimed previously.
ᅠ‣ HRs who have been reformed or have resigned may NOT reclaim any HR rank, regardless of whether it is with new or old points. Doing so will result in a permanent ban, regardless of whether the HR was aware or not. However, reformed and resigned HRs are permitted to reuse old points to claim a rank they have not claimed previously.
ᅠ‣ LRs and MRs who have been previously demoted ARE permitted to reuse points to claim a rank they have not claimed previously.
ᅠ‣ There is NOT a cooldown for players who choose to rank up by exclusively claiming ranks through the points system, however cooldowns do apply to players who have previously claimed a rank and are wanting to receive a promotion.
ᅠ‣ Formerly blacklisted/permanently banned players are NOT permitted to use the point system if their appeal has been accepted. Doing so will result in consequences, regardless of whether the player was aware or not.
ᅠ‣ Players who are blacklisted may NOT use the point system until their appeal is accepted. Doing so will result in a permanent ban.
ᅠ‣ If Executive Assistant and/or Store Executive go on sale, players may NOT claim those respective ranks. Doing so will result in consequences.
ᅠ‣ Players may NOT partake in any act of point cheating/grinding. Doing so will result in a demotion to Customer. Examples of point cheating/grinding include but are not limited to:
ᅠ‣ Assisting an alternate account in an attempt to farm points. Joining a small server in an attempt to grind tasks. Taking items off of a shelf and restocking them shortly after Completing tasks when simply unnecessary (ie: running around the store and waiting until a shelf is empty)
If a player is found violating any of the regulations above, inform an SHR through a ticket immediately. Note that attempting to find loopholes around any of the regulations above is prohibited and will result in severe consequences.
Strike Policy
Please note the following:
ᅠᅠ‣ Only staff members in Moderation/Human Resources Department can hand out strikes. Public Relations can issue a strike only when a alliance is visit and the user is found trolling/breaking rules.
ᅠᅠ‣ Strikes are permanent. Once assigned, they cannot be removed unless ownership removes them.
ᅠᅠ‣ Receiving three strikes results in a demotion one rank down.
ᅠᅠ‣ Reranks are not offered once administrative action has taken place. Players are more than welcome to work their way back up.
Support Policy
When you need support or help, we offer a system called Ticket Tool, head to #support pick from one of the categories we have to offer.
Support has the right to close your ticket in 24h without reply.
Support can move your ticket at any point.
When requesting ownership, you must give a reason, or they can't help you.
Ownership can close any ticket for any reason at any time.
Ownership does not have to pick up tickets if they don't want too.
Ownership does not have to accept tickets if they don't too.
Abuse our ticket system you can be blacklisted.
Use the ticket correctly.
Don't tag anyone in your ticket unless told to do so by the ticket claimer or a Chairperson+
DM Policy
Leadership (SHR) should not be DMed. Please contact support VIA Ticket Tools if you need anything. If it is an emergency, then you can DM a SHR or ownership says you can.
Resignation Policy
Resignations are final for all ranks. Reranks are not offered if a player changes their mind. SHRs encourage players to think over resignations carefully, as they are ultimately irreversible. Please keep in mind that SHRs can return to SplashBay in certain circumstances.
Rank Transfer Policy
Staff members are allowed to transfer their rank onto another account. This may only be done once. If one wishes to do so, they may open a ticket in the SplshBay communications server.
Players may not transfer their rank onto another account if they have been hacked or banned by Roblox. Head to Bloxlink Verification Dashboard to register your new account then do /update in #bot-commands.
Hacked Policy
SplashBay does not offer rank transfers if an account has been hacked. It is expected that players keep their accounts safe and secure. Staff members are fully responsible for their own accounts.
Ownership encourages everyone to add 2-Step Verification to their roblox account.
If a staff member’s account has been compromised, they must inform an SHR through a ticket immediately.
SplashBay does not offer refunds for any purchases. Prior to purchasing any of our products, including points, in-game cash, and game passes, discord, keep this policy in mind.

Alternate Account Policy
Staff members may use alternate accounts to roleplay as a Customer, LR. However, staff members may not obtain an HR rank in any way on an alternate account. Failure to abide by SplashBay’s guidelines on an alternate account will result in consequences for both accounts. Additionally, players who use an alternate account to bypass a blacklist or permanent ban will be permanently banned.
Uniform Policy
All staff members are required to wear an official SplashBay uniform while on duty. Staff members may equip a uniform by interacting with a locker and selecting their desired uniform.
ᅠThings to keep in mind:
ᅠ ‣ Refusal to wear a uniform will result in consequences.
ᅠ ‣ SplashBay merchandise from the group’s store IS acceptable as long as the uniform is up to date.
ᅠ ‣ Staff must be waring a uniform ingame at all times. There is no way at the moment to be off-duty.
Bloxlink Policy
You are required to verify your main account with bloxlink, if you don't want too, you will not get the rank/promotion. If you're having issues with linking go to #support.
Giveaway Policy
You are required to claim your prize within 24h (1 day) of the notification being posted, if they don't claim it within 24h then they forfeit the prize.
You can be warned if you break any giveaway rules.
