LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination Policy
Introduction
At BloxCentral, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. Discrimination, harassment, or prejudice of any kind against LGBTQ+ individuals is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, clients, customers, and visitors of BloxCentral or any of it companies.
Principles
a. Non-Discrimination: BloxCentral prohibits discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals in all aspects of employment, including hiring, promotion, compensation, and termination.
b. Equal Opportunities: LGBTQ+ individuals shall have equal opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and access to all company resources and benefits.
c. Inclusive Language and Practices: All employees are expected to use inclusive language and practices that respect and affirm the diverse identities of LGBTQ+ individuals.
d. Safe Workspace: BloxCentral is committed to providing a safe and supportive workspace for LGBTQ+ employees, free from harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
Responsibilities
a. Management: Management is responsible for fostering an inclusive culture, enforcing this policy, and promptly addressing any incidents of discrimination or harassment.
b. Employees: All employees are expected to comply with this policy, treat LGBTQ+ colleagues with respect, and report any instances of discrimination or harassment they witness or experience.
Reporting Procedures
a. Any employee who believes they have experienced discrimination or harassment based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression should report the incident to their manager, HR department, or a designated point of contact.
b. Reports will be promptly, and thoroughly investigated, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against any individual found to have violated this policy.
Disciplinary Action
a. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
b. Discrimination or harassment against LGBTQ+ individuals may also constitute a violation of local laws and regulations, and BloxCentral will cooperate fully with any external investigations or legal proceedings.
Education and Training
a. BloxCentral will provide regular training and educational resources to employees on LGBTQ+ inclusion, diversity awareness, and respectful workplace behavior.
b. Management will undergo additional training on how to effectively support LGBTQ+ employees and address discrimination or harassment incidents.
Community Engagement
BloxCentral will actively support LGBTQ+ community initiatives, events, and organizations, both internally and externally, to demonstrate our commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality.

Punishments
Anyone who is found doing any discrimination, harassment, or prejudice of any kind against LGBTQ+ individuals will be banned from all BloxCentral and all companies run by them and partners. You will also be fired from all and blacklisted.
