Tickets in SplashBay serve the purpose of reporting players, seeking clarifications, and addressing other related concerns. It is important for community members to be aware of the acceptable and unacceptable reasons for creating a ticket, many of which can be found below.

Note:

  • Text highlighted in green are the acceptable reasons to make a ticket.

  • Text highlighted in red are the unacceptable reasons. Tickets made for these reasons will be disregarded or not addressed immediately.

Player Report Format

When creating a ticket for a player report, community members are required to use the format provided below. It is important to adhere to the specified format, as any player reports that do not follow it will not be addressed immediately.

Reasons for player reports should be concise and limited to a few words. Community members are advised to avoid typing full sentences for the reason.
