Tickets in SplashBay serve the purpose of reporting players, seeking clarifications, and addressing other related concerns. It is important for community members to be aware of the acceptable and unacceptable reasons for creating a ticket, many of which can be found below.
Note:
Text highlighted in green are the acceptable reasons to make a ticket.
Text highlighted in red are the unacceptable reasons. Tickets made for these reasons will be disregarded or not addressed immediately.
Acceptable Reasons
Abuse of the warning, kick, or ban systems
Advertising in-game
Alternate account of a blacklisted or permanently banned player
Announcement abuse
Bypassing or attempting to bypass
Claiming a rank after a blacklist/permanent ban appeal is accepted
Claiming a rank while blacklisted
Claiming an HR rank after resigning or being reformed
Clarification regarding a rule that can only be answered by a Senior Administration member
Tool abuse
Dancing/standing on elevated surfaces
Discrimination
Encouragement of suicide or self-harm
Exploiting, hacking, or glitching
Force verification
Gossiping
Homophobia
HR reports
Inappropriate avatar or username
Inappropriate roleplay or behavior
Issues with redeeming points or point issues
Joking about serious topics
Lack of grammar
Leaking chats or confidential information
Major death threats
Outdated information on an official SplashBay source
Playing inappropriate or loud audios
Playing with ranking sticks or misusing them
Racism
Raiding

Reclaiming a rank using old points after being demoted
Reclaiming the same rank more than once
Refusing to wear the correct uniform
Sexism
Simping for a higher rank
Trolling or behaving unprofessionally on an alternate account
Trolling, spamming, capitals abuse, or unprofessionalism
Trolling/unprofessionalism at alliances or non-affiliated establishments
LGBTQ+ Hate
Unacceptable Reasons
Crowding or refusing to disperse - Warn
LRs or MRs hinting for a promotion - Warn
Questions that can be answered by HRs (training times, shift times, etc.)
Trolling Guests/Park Visitors - Warn
Urgent in-game or group issues - Warn
Abuse of admin commands (:to, :bring, etc) - using them unnecessarily or excessively - contact an Executive Assistant+
Disrespecting, arguing, or ignoring an HR - contact an Executive Assistant+
MRs failing to hide TSA commands - contact an Executive Assistant+
Using :view on an SHR - for MRs - contact an Executive Assistant+
Asking for an appeal status - check the SplashBay Staffing Support Discord
Abusing the group shout - contact an SHR through Direct Messages
Free ranking - contact an SHR through Direct Messages
Hosting an unofficial shift or training session - contact an SHR through Direct Messages

Player Report Format
When creating a ticket for a player report, community members are required to use the format provided below. It is important to adhere to the specified format, as any player reports that do not follow it will not be addressed immediately.
Reasons for player reports should be concise and limited to a few words. Community members are advised to avoid typing full sentences for the reason.
