SplashBay has many departments you can talk too. Below are some and what they do.

Support Policy

• Support has the right to close your ticket in 24h without reply.

• Support can move your ticket at any point.

• When requesting ownership, you must give a reason, or they can't help you.

• Ownership can close any ticket for any reason at any time.

• Ownership does not have to pick up tickets if they don't want too.

• Ownership does not have to accept tickets if they don't too.

• Abuse our ticket system you can be blacklisted.

• Use the ticket correctly.

• Don't tag anyone in your ticket unless told to do so by the ticket claimer or a Chairperson+

Invester Program

Investors Program are for people who like to join SplashBay Investment Team and help improve SplashBay.

1. Payment

- No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

- To be considered an investment the amount must be over 1,000 robux otherwise it would be considered a donation.

2. Our Rights - If you or the 1 person that you let have the free rank AA you will lose the role and be ranked to “Contributor”.

- You are required to abide by our, Roblox’s, and Discord’s ToS and community guidelines at all times. Failure to do so will result in a demotion.

- We can change this agreement at any time with warning.

3. Your Rights

- All investors will be added to group payouts (5k robux = 1.5% payout).

- You can choose where your investment goes.

- You can choose to get the “Noted Park Visitor” role in the group and Discord server. Max 2

- You can suggest updates, promotions, demotions, blacklisted, ect.

- You will get early access to updates.

- You and 1 others can get a free role/rank in the group and Discord server (Under EO).

Influencer Program

Requirements

• 500+ Youtube subscribers

• 50 Views+ per video

• Have the ability to post 1 video with SplashBay every 5 months

• Perks

• Have posted videos on SplashBay in the past.

• Influencer Tag In-Game and in the Discord

• Shout out
