Junior Paramedic

One bugle means they pass training.

Paramedic

Two bugle means they pass the shift and got promoted.

Senior Paramedic

Two bugle and one star means they been notice and promoted to Senior being very active and helpful.

Paramedic in Charge

The silver lieutenant bar is given to players that meet supervisor requirements with being very active and helpful.

Lieutenant

The gold lieutenant bar is given to players that meet supervisor requirements with being very active and helpful.

Captain

The gold captain bar is given to players that meet command requirements with being very active and helpful.

Major

The eagle is given to players that meet command requirements with being very active and helpful.

Deputy Commander

The silver diamond is given to players that helps run a sub-department.

Commander

The gold diamond is given to players that runs a sub-department.

Assistant Chief

The one gold stars is awarded to players that becomes the Assistant Chief of Medical. They are also a Assistant Head over Sub-Department

Chief

The two gold stars is awarded to players that becomes the Chief of Medical. They also are the Head over Sub-Department

Deputy Director

The three gold stars is awarded to players that becomes the Deputy Director of Medical. They also are the Head of Group Relations/Sub-Departments for Medical.

Director

The four gold stars is awarded to players that becomes the Director of Medical. They also are the Overseer of Group Relations/Sub-Departments for Medical.

Chair

The five gold stars is awarded to players that becomes Chair or above of medical.
